Do you provide alcohol or food with the carts?
We do not currently offer alcohol or food for the carts. All of our cart rentals are BYOB.

Please complete the booking form on our website and our team will reach out to finalize booking for your desired date. No booking is guaranteed until you've confirmed with someone from our team.
How far in advance should I reserve a cart?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and cart.
Can I rent multiple carts for my event?
Absolutely! You can rent as many carts as you need, depending on availability.

Yes, we provide delivery, setup, and breakdown services.
Is there an additional fee for delivery?
Delivery fees depend on the event’s location and distance from our base. We’ll provide a detailed quote during booking.
When will you pick up the cart?
Pickup times are arranged during booking depending on length and window of your reservation.
What if my event runs longer than expected?
Let us know as soon as possible if your event is running over the reserved time. Additional fees may apply for extended rentals.

Cancellations within 14 days may result in loss of retainer fee.

Yes, a non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure a booking and will be used towards your balance.
